- Email your plans or forward the bid invite to [email protected]
- If the files are 25MB or over. Please send it through a dropbox link or google drive.

- Package 1 (Electrical Plan Take-Off Only)
- Package 2 (Full Electrical Estimate)
WE PROVIDE YOU WITH A QUOTE
- We will review the electrical plans you sent through our email
- We will provide you a quote based on the services you selected
APPROVAL
- • You will give us an approval if the quote is good to go
- • We will start on the estimate
TRIPLE 7’S RESPONSIBILITES:
- Provide counts for any “Quoted Material” needed
- Provide any RFI’s if there are additional information needed and send them to you
- Provide you the estimate (bid totals report) spreadsheet that is user friendly and is easy to make any necessary adjustments.
- Provide the electronic take-off
- Provide a scope letter (inclusions and exclusions)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
- Forward any “Quoted Material” to your local suppliers/ vendors
- Forward our generated RFI to your client or general contractor
- Forward any addendum or RFI’s responses received to Triple 7
